Saga builds Norwegian motor cruisers designed for sheltered and coastal cruising, with protected helms, practical accommodation and layouts that work well for changing weather. The boats are valued for sensible handling, robust construction and the ability to serve as both transport and holiday home.
History and ownership. Saga developed in Norway as a family-associated boatbuilding business and has produced several generations of small and medium-sized cabin cruisers. Its model programme reflects the long Norwegian tradition of practical boats for islands, fjords and coastal communities.
Production and equipment. The yard coordinates hull construction, interior fit-out, systems installation and commissioning, using composite production and specialist suppliers. Engine, heating, navigation and domestic equipment vary by model year and individual owner specification.
