Riva is an Italian luxury-yacht marque known historically for mahogany runabouts and today for fibreglass sport, flybridge and larger motor yachts. Classic models remain collectible, while modern boats use contemporary materials and systems.

History and ownership. Pietro Riva founded the yard on Lake Iseo in 1842, and Carlo Riva shaped its internationally recognised post-war identity. The brand has belonged to Ferretti Group since 2000.

Production and equipment. Ferretti Group coordinates design, engineering, composite or metal construction, joinery and outfitting at specialised Italian facilities. Engines, drives, electronics and technical equipment are integrated from premium suppliers.
