Larson is an American leisure-boat marque with a long history of runabouts, bowriders and cabin cruisers. Used Larson boats cover many decades and a wide range of propulsion and construction systems.
History and ownership. The company began in the American Midwest and became a significant volume builder during the growth of fibreglass recreational boating. The name has passed through several corporate ownership structures.
Production and equipment. Series hull and deck production was combined with engines, sterndrives, upholstery and electronics from external suppliers. Older boats should be assessed from their specific production year and maintenance record.
