The 'Dutch Lion' is a very elegant ship. The Lloyd's approved hull was built by Bloemsma and fitted with a bulbous bow. From the spacious cockpit the kitchen is accessible through the stainless steel folding door. In the kitchen is the dinette and stairs to the owners cabin. The owners' cabin is separated from the guest cabins and equipped with a bathroom. Further forward are the saloon & wheelhouse. From the wheelho.

Bloemsma is a Dutch yachtbuilding name connected with custom motor and sailing yachts, including substantial aluminium and steel projects. Boats bearing the name are individual builds rather than a uniform volume-produced range.
History and ownership. The Bloemsma family and related Dutch yards have contributed metal construction and specialist craftsmanship to numerous custom-yacht projects. Exact responsibility can differ between hull builder, finishing yard and naval architect.
